We would like to inform you that on the 23rd of July 2026 a silent legal merger takes place between LEO Europe and WILG Europe BV, with WILG Europe BV remaining as the surviving company.
This step is part of the further integration of our activities within the Water Is Life Group and enables us to further strengthen our organisation, combine our expertise and provide even better support to our customers.
What does this mean for you?
For you there will be no operational changes:
- Your usual points of contact will remain the same.
- Existing agreements, orders and projects will continue unchanged.
- Our services, support and assistance will remain unchanged.
- Existing arrangements will continue to be fully respected.
Important: the commercial name "LEO Europe" will be retained. You will therefore continue to recognise us in the future under the familiar name LEO Europe for our activities, products and services.
