The hydraulic components are taken from our horizontal centrifugal pump range. The pumps are mounted on a tank using a support plate designed as a cover. The support plate can also be made as a round flange with dimensions according to DIN, ANSI, or other standards, and can be gas-tight. Above the tank are the drive unit and the pump’s shaft seal. The pump section itself extends into the tank and thus into the pumped medium. It is connected to the support plate by a shaft guide tube. Depending on the required overall length of the pump, the shaft guide tube consists of multiple segments with intermediate tubes, intermediate shafts, bearings, and shaft couplings. For volute casing pumps, the discharge pipe runs alongside the shaft guide tube up to above the support plate. For multi-stage high-pressure pumps, the shaft guide tube also serves as the discharge line. Multi-stage high-pressure pump for clean water: Q max. 500 m³/h, H max. 400 m Low-pressure pump for fresh or wastewater: Q max. 600 m³/h, H max. 90 m 44 CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS OSNA-Pumpen High-pressure centrifugal pumps NMVN / GVN / SVN / SKVN VERTICAL IMMERSION PUMPS NMVN / GVN / SVN / SKVN Vertical immersion pumps for installation in containers Used wherever the classic submersible motor pump cannot be used oris not possible or desired for design reasons (e.g. because the temperature of the pumped liquid is too high)
